I announce live sales and markets through my Instagram stories first, usually a day or two before. Follow @my_pocket_of_crystals and turn on notifications so you don't miss out. Live sales move fast and some pieces go in under a minute. I am not joking. Be ready.
I go live on Instagram and hold each piece up to the camera, tell you exactly where it came from, what formation it is, what the energy is like. I know every piece personally so you get the real story, not a generic description copied from somewhere.
To claim a piece during a live sale, just comment "SOLD" or your name under the piece when it goes up. First one in gets it. I will call your name on stream and set it aside for you straight away. After the live I'll DM you to sort payment and postage.
Story sales are a bit different. I post each piece as a story with the price, you reply to the story to claim. Same deal. First reply wins. I respond to every single one so you will always know if you got it or not. I don't leave people hanging.
Payment is by bank transfer or PayPal. I ship Australia wide and I wrap everything really carefully because these pieces deserve to arrive in perfect condition. I have never had a breakage in transit and I plan to keep it that way.
